Tanggung Jawab
- Review and verify sub-system postings and journal entries to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Perform daily reconciliation of general ledger accounts and sub-ledgers to identify and resolve breaks.
- Investigate and resolve complex accounting discrepancies and variances efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain accurate supporting documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and reporting systems.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions within the commodities trading environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably within commodities or financial markets.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (SAP experience is a plus).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards (IFRS).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
