Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements.
- Manage general ledger accounts and ensure the accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Assist in the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance.
- Ensure strict compliance with tax regulations and submit required tax filings on time.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports to support management planning.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
