Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes for UK-based clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities in accordance with UK GAAP/IFRS.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Reconcile complex accounts and ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and authorized.
- Support tax compliance efforts and handle statutory filings as required by UK regulatory bodies.
- Conduct insightful variance analysis to identify financial trends and suggest cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial reporting workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in general accounting or financial reporting.
- Proven experience working with UK accounts or international financial standards (UK GAAP).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with modern ERP systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or Sage).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data to support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with stakeholders in different time zones.
- Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining high standards of data accuracy.
