As a Financial Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of our clients' operations. You will be responsible for full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards. We are looking for someone who is analytical, deadline-driven, and capable of providing actionable financial insights to support business decision-making.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings, ensuring full compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entry preparation and accruals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial reporting workflows.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, identifying potential discrepancies or areas for cost optimization.
- Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred but not required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate accounting or public practice.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data modeling.
- Strong understanding of Philippine taxation and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while maintaining high productivity.
