Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Implement and monitor comprehensive project cost control systems specifically for EPC projects, tracking budgets, expenditures, and variances.
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK).
- Execute robust cash flow management, including forecasting, monitoring liquidity, and optimizing working capital for ongoing projects.
- Ensure strict adherence to local tax regulations (e.g., PPh, PPN) and other relevant statutory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and procurement teams to track project performance, identify financial risks, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and ensure timely vendor payments while maintaining strong internal controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with significant exposure to EPC, construction, or project-based industries.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (PSAK) and tax regulations is essential.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, financial modeling).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with various stakeholders.
