Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for assigned EMEA legal entities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements per IFRS standards
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and VAT filings
- Coordinate annual audits and provide supporting documentation
- Develop financial controls and process documentation
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license preferred (or equivalent international qualification)
- 3+ years experience in multinational financial accounting
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Deep knowledge of IFRS and EMEA tax regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in remote environment
