Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial accounting operations and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Manage tax planning, compliance, and reporting processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Collaborate with international stakeholders using Mandarin language skills
- Conduct regular financial audits and ensure internal controls are effective
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and financial regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting and taxation
- Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Experience managing accounting teams and financial operations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Certification in public accounting (CPA) or tax is a plus
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
