Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and verify ledger entries for discrepancies.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, tax reporting, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial operations and improve internal controls.
- Assist in the annual audit process by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and monitor depreciation schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial accounting or corporate finance roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Xero, or Accurate).
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict month-end closing deadlines.
