As our Financial Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. You will be responsible for managing the accounting team, preparing financial statements, implementing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and supervise the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure financial compliance
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures aligned with Indonesian regulations
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes for the organization
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee tax planning and filings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
