Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PFRS/IFRS.
- Conduct deep-dive variance analysis on actual vs. budgeted expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Perform comprehensive account reconciliations for balance sheet items.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate financial data gathering.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and statutory reports.
- Monitor and improve internal control procedures to mitigate financial risks.
- Support the senior management team with ad-hoc financial reporting and business insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is a significant advantage).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial reporting, general accounting, or auditing.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) and ERP software.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles and Philippine tax regulations.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable business intelligence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
