Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS standards
- Manage general ledger operations, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Oversee financial reporting processes for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with auditors during financial statement audits and compliance reviews
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure financial data accuracy
- Analyze financial performance trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/ACCA certification preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in financial accounting and reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with pivot tables and financial modeling
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills for presenting financial information
