Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional and accurate support to customers via chat and voice channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding financial accounts, transactions, and services.
- Navigate multiple internal systems efficiently to retrieve and update account information.
- Ensure compliance with financial security and privacy regulations during every interaction.
- Collaborate with team leaders and peers to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Contribute to team goals by meeting or exceeding performance metrics and KPIs.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring follow-up with the customer.
Kualifikasi
- Completed at least 2 years of college education or Senior High School graduate with relevant experience.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple web-based applications simultaneously.
- Customer-centric mindset with a high level of patience and empathy.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in BPO, financial services, or chat support is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
