  • Ensure compliance with financial security and privacy regulations during every interaction.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and peers to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years of college education or Senior High School graduate with relevant experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple web-based applications simultaneously.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a high level of patience and empathy.
  • Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Prior experience in BPO, financial services, or chat support is a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
