Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end deal closing process, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared, reviewed, and submitted accurately and on time.
- Analyze financial data and market trends to provide actionable insights that support investment decisions and deal structuring.
- Collaborate closely with lenders and internal teams to resolve financial queries and expedite approvals throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Ensure full compliance with relevant financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards during every stage of the deal.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and spreadsheets for stakeholders and senior management.
- Monitor project timelines and critical deadlines to guarantee smooth and timely closings of financial transactions.
- Identify potential risks in financial data and propose mitigation strategies to protect company interests.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role within the financial services or real estate industry.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis using Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
