In this role, you will play a crucial part in our financial planning and analysis department, ensuring the accuracy of our financial records and supporting key business decisions.
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for the end-to-end financial management process, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. We are seeking a candidate who can provide actionable insights derived from complex data sets to drive profitability and operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial reports for the organization.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual performance and budgeted expectations.
- Ensure full compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal company policies.
- Analyze market trends and financial data to provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize working capital and control operational costs.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and financial documentation for external audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (MS Excel, SAP, or Oracle is an advantage).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and budgeting processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
