- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and variance reporting for business units
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Support cost analysis initiatives and identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with operations teams to analyze financial implications of projects
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Present financial insights to stakeholders through executive dashboards and presentations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA/CMA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in multinational corporations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting software (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills for presenting complex financial data
