- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop financial models for property acquisitions, developments, and renovations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or property accounting
- Proficiency in financial software (QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Philippine financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for presenting complex financial data
- Certification (e.g., CPA) is preferred but not required
