- Ensure accurate and timely processing of principal accounts and financial transactions
- Manage end-to-end crew payroll processing including disbursements and reconciliation
- Conduct in-depth account analysis to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with departments to optimize financial processes and controls
- Monitor compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting roles
