Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
- Coordinate and execute the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze actual vs. budgeted results to identify variances and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or corporate accounting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Financial Modeling).
- Strong understanding of P&L management, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasting.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on-site at Laguna Technopark.
