Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and forecasting to support budgeting and strategic planning initiatives.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and US clients.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data reporting and seamless integration of financial processes.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
- Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Financial Analysis or FP&A.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with US clients.
- Knowledge of US GAAP or local Philippine accounting standards is highly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a morning shift schedule.
