Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee end-to-end accounts payable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Ensure full compliance with local government regulations, including BIR, SEC, and other relevant fiscal reporting requirements.
- Perform daily accounting duties, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Conduct regular internal audits to identify process inefficiencies and implement proactive financial controls.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve discrepancies and improve financial workflow accuracy.
- Monitor and report on budgetary variances to support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related business field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis roles.
- Solid knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Professional certification (CPA) is an advantage but not required.
