Regalis Capital is a rapidly expanding, remote-first M&A firm dedicated to identifying high-potential acquisition opportunities and driving value through strategic financial rigor. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our high-performing investment team.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our deal-making process. You will work closely with senior partners to translate raw data into actionable financial intelligence. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support valuation, forecasting, and acquisition analysis.
- Conduct deep-dive due diligence on potential targets, including market analysis, financial statement review, and risk assessment.
- Assist in the preparation of Investment Memorandums (IMs) and presentation materials for stakeholders and partners.
- Support the underwriting process by evaluating debt structures, cash flow projections, and ROI metrics.
- Monitor and track portfolio performance metrics, identifying trends and recommending strategic pivots.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity across all deal phases.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify new market entry points for the firm.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, macros).
- Demonstrated experience in deal valuation methods (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions).
- Exceptional analytical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into concise summaries.
- Strong grasp of M&A processes, accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP), and financial statements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to manage deadlines in a remote, dynamic work environment.
