Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support M&A valuation, deal structuring, and scenario analysis.
- Conduct deep-dive due diligence on target companies to assess financial health, operational risks, and growth potential.
- Prepare comprehensive investment memos and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Perform extensive market research and competitor benchmarking to identify potential acquisition targets and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial data and finalize deal documentation.
- Monitor and report on the post-acquisition performance of integrated business units.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in data consolidation, variance analysis, and reporting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or corporate M&A.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling (DCF, LBO, Comps).
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS accounting principles and corporate finance concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear strategic insights.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup while meeting tight deadlines.
- Relevant certifications such as CFA or CPA are highly preferred.
