Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Conduct deep-dive variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Lead the budget planning and forecasting process in collaboration with department heads.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic business initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on operational financial health.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting workflows and improve data integrity.
- Support management with ad-hoc data analysis and presentations for business strategy meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a strong advantage.
- 3-6 years of professional experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting (FP&A).
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query).
- Strong experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial reporting tools.
- Proven ability to translate financial data into clear, professional visualizations and presentations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
