Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and performance reports.
- Monitor and analyze budget variances to identify potential areas for cost optimization.
- Support the financial planning and forecasting process by collecting and organizing key operational data.
- Conduct market research and industry benchmarking to provide context for financial projections.
- Maintain internal financial databases and ensure high standards of data integrity.
- Assist in the development of business plans and investment presentations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads to track project-related expenditures and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a financial analyst or accounting assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial modeling) is essential.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets clearly.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
- Knowledge of accounting software and basic ERP systems is highly preferred.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
