Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive financial planning, analysis (FP&A), and reporting activities to support business objectives.
- Prepare detailed annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
- Perform variance analysis of actual results against budget/forecast, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support business cases, investment decisions, and scenario planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies within financial operations.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to management, aiding in strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/FAS) and internal financial policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, ideally within a multinational corporation (MNC) environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data modeling) and financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
- Proven ability to perform complex financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex financial information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
