Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end financial reporting cycle, including monthly management accounts, balance sheets, and profit & loss analysis.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and rolling forecasts, conducting detailed variance analysis to support decision-making.
- Act as a Finance Business Partner (BP) to operational managers, providing financial insights and driving process improvements.
- Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and assist in the implementation of cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and company internal controls.
- Perform regular reconciliations of general ledger accounts, bank statements, and inter-company transactions.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and regulatory inspections.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or MIA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in managerial accounting, financial reporting, and business partnering.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP experience is a distinct advantage).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and experience with financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
