Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and review of monthly financial statements and general ledgers.
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify all incoming and outgoing financial transactions.
- Support the accounting team with inventory valuation and stock reconciliation specific to pharmaceuticals.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for financial documents and receipts.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring of operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar financial assistant or accounting role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
