Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and general ledgers.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
- Conduct daily bank reconciliations and ensure all financial reports are up-to-date.
- Support the finance team with data analysis and preparation of reports for management review.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Proven experience working as a Finance Assistant or in a similar financial role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
