Tanggung Jawab
- Execute financial and compliance audits per approved audit plans and procedures
- Review financial transactions for accuracy, compliance, and control effectiveness
- Identify control weaknesses, financial risks, and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports with actionable insights for management
- Coordinate with department heads to implement audit recommendations
- Assess adherence to accounting standards (IFRS) and regulatory requirements
- Mentor junior auditors and develop audit methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in internal/external auditing or financial control
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or CPA certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
- Advanced proficiency in audit software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in retail or technology sector advantageous
