Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise audit teams in executing comprehensive financial, operational, and compliance audits
- Develop risk-based audit plans aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements
- Consult with department heads to identify control weaknesses and recommend evidence-based improvements
- Prepare detailed audit reports with clear findings, recommendations, and implementation timelines
- Ensure adherence to auditing standards, internal policies, and industry regulations (PSA, SEC)
- Manage audit project lifecycles including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget oversight
- Mentor junior auditors to enhance technical skills and professional development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive audit experience with 2+ years in supervisory/leadership roles
- Strong expertise in financial controls, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in audit software (e.g., ACL, IDEA) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in ICT, telecommunications, or technology sector highly desirable
- Knowledge of Philippine regulatory environment (BSP, SEC, DOF)
