Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive financial audits to ensure regulatory compliance and internal control effectiveness
- Analyze financial records and transactions for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to accounting standards
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions to senior management
- Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable insights and process improvement suggestions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations
- Monitor compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and industry-specific requirements
- Support external audit coordination and documentation requests
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA license preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial auditing or accounting
- Strong proficiency in audit software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Deep understanding of Philippine accounting standards (PFRS) and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication abilities for presenting audit findings to stakeholders
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
