Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert leadership and guidance to the Credit, MDCOO, and Capital financial control teams.
- Oversee complex financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to global banking regulations.
- Partner with stakeholders across Markets and Treasury to provide financial oversight and strategic business advisory.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
- Ensure robust governance and compliance frameworks are strictly implemented and maintained.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities for relevant portfolios.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of professional development and operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in financial control or accounting within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong subject matter expertise in Markets, Treasury products, and Capital reporting requirements.
- Proven track record in people management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data for senior management.
- Proficiency in banking financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
