Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with MFRS/IFRS.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes to support business growth strategies.
- Manage treasury operations, including cash flow monitoring, working capital management, and banking relationships.
- Ensure stringent internal controls and regulatory compliance across all financial transactions and corporate tax filings.
- Direct the year-end audit process and coordinate effectively with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant regulatory authorities.
- Perform deep-dive variance analysis to identify operational efficiencies and provide actionable recommendations to the leadership team.
- Manage the finance department personnel, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or MIA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in financial accounting, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong technical expertise in financial reporting, corporate taxation, and statutory compliance in Malaysia.
- Proven track record in ERP implementation or optimization (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of integrity and professional ethics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
