Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting functions, ensuring compliance with SFRS and IFRS.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, providing detailed variance analysis and financial performance reports.
- Design, implement, and maintain robust internal control systems and governance frameworks to safeguard company assets.
- Manage corporate tax, GST filing, and ensure full compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles in collaboration with department heads.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide strategic financial insights and decision support to senior management through advanced data modeling and trend analysis.
- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring efficient workflow management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as CA Singapore, ACCA, or CPA is mandatory.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably within a professional services or Big 4 environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations.
- Proven track record in managing complex financial audits and improving internal control environments.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and expert-level Excel skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing a diverse team of finance professionals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
