We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our leadership team at our headquarters in the heart of Tai Seng, Singapore.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will take full ownership of the company’s financial health and strategic direction. Beyond managing the day-to-day accounting functions and statutory compliance, you will serve as a key strategic partner to the executive team. You will provide the critical financial insights and data-driven direction needed to fuel our expansion, optimize operational efficiency, and maximize profitability in a competitive landscape. You will lead and mentor a dedicated finance team, ensuring robust internal controls, stringent compliance with SFRS/IFRS, and the absolute integrity of all financial reporting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full spectrum of financial and accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Direct the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with SFRS and IFRS standards.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, providing actionable variance analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Develop and monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to support business decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Manage all corporate tax, GST, and statutory compliance matters, coordinating directly with external auditors and tax agents.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve internal control frameworks, financial policies, and risk management strategies.
- Mentor, coach, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Drive the evaluation and implementation of financial systems (ERP) to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent recognized professional qualification.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (Finance Manager or Controller).
- In-depth knowledge of SFRS, IFRS, and Singapore tax regulations.
- Proven track record of managing full sets of accounts and leading successful statutory audits.
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced user of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel (VBA and advanced formulas).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
