Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
- Direct the preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local and international accounting standards.
- Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing variance analysis to stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive internal control systems to ensure the integrity of financial data and asset protection.
- Lead tax compliance efforts and liaise with external auditors to ensure successful regulatory filings.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide strategic financial insights to management.
- Optimize accounting processes and implement automated solutions to enhance productivity and reporting accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related Finance field; CPA licensure is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or controller role.
- Expertise in financial reporting, tax legislation, and statutory compliance in the Philippines.
- Proven ability to develop and manage financial budgets and cash flow projections.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring accounting teams.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
