- Oversee financial governance, compliance, and internal controls implementation
- Lead preparation of financial statements, budgets, and strategic forecasts
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization and cost reduction
- Provide strategic financial analysis and reporting to executive leadership
- Manage financial risks and ensure adherence to GAAP/IFRS standards
- Lead and develop finance team members through mentorship and training

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience with 2+ years in controller role
- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial software
- Proven track record in process optimization and operational efficiency
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Leadership experience managing finance teams and cross-functional projects
