Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with plant operations to drive cost efficiency and optimize resource allocation
- Lead strategic CAPEX decision-making and investment analysis processes
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct financial performance analysis and variance reporting
- Develop and implement financial controls and risk management frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of financial controller experience in manufacturing/industrial sector
- Proven expertise in cost control, CAPEX management, and operational finance
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian GAAP and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial software
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
