Tanggung Jawab
- Lead all site finance operations including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations, GAAP, and company policies
- Manage accounting team performance, development, and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement financial controls, risk management frameworks, and internal audit processes
- Collaborate with operations and executive teams on strategic financial planning and cost optimization
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and treasury functions
- Prepare monthly financial statements and executive dashboards for stakeholder review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA certification preferred)
- Minimum 7+ years progressive finance experience with 3+ years in controller role
- Strong expertise in Indonesian tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial analysis tools
- Proven leadership skills managing accounting teams in manufacturing/industrial settings
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
