As the Financial Controller, you will report directly to the leadership team and play a hands-on role in shaping our financial strategies. You will manage daily accounting operations, statutory compliance, tax planning, and budgetary controls. We are looking for a professional who is not only technically proficient in accounting standards but also possesses the leadership capabilities to mentor the finance team and streamline processes for maximum efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full spectrum of financial and management accounting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation.
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and working capital requirements to ensure optimal liquidity.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, conducting variance analysis to provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with MFRS/IFRS standards, local tax regulations, and statutory filing requirements.
- Establish and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic financial analysis to support senior management in business decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or MIA member) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the manufacturing or heavy industry sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of MFRS, taxation, and corporate governance practices.
- Proven ability to manage financial reporting under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment in Shah Alam, Selangor.
