Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including GL management, month-end close, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial controls to ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and treasury operations
- Prepare statutory financial statements and tax filings
- Conduct financial audits and internal control assessments
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
- Mentor and develop accounting staff capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA/ACCA certification
- Minimum 5+ years in financial control or senior accounting roles
- Expert knowledge of Malaysian FRS and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience leading cross-functional financial projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to improve financial processes and controls
