Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring regulatory compliance
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy
- Lead budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and variance analysis
- Coordinate external audits and manage tax compliance activities
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making and growth initiatives
- Supervise finance team and ensure adherence to accounting standards and policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting experience with 3+ years in controller role
- Proven expertise in Indonesian financial reporting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams
- Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Willingness to relocate to Kalimantan, Riau, or South Sumatra operational sites
- Experience in energy or resource industry highly advantageous
