Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end/year-end close processes
- Lead financial reporting and analysis for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure financial compliance
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Coordinate external audits and ensure adherence to Indonesian GAAP
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and reporting
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to enhance capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive accounting/finance experience with 3+ years in leadership
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification required
- Deep expertise in Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Strong leadership skills with ability to develop high-performing teams
