Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, reporting, and budgeting
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements for executive review
- Implement internal controls and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and reporting workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial planning
- Manage cash flow forecasting and treasury operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 7 years in finance with 3+ years in managerial role
- Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven leadership abilities and team management experience
