Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle financial operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flow management.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with FRS and insurance regulatory standards.
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to align with organizational goals.
- Manage tax filing, audit preparation, and coordination with external auditors and regulatory bodies (MAS).
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls to mitigate operational and financial risks.
- Analyze financial variances and provide actionable insights to the management team to improve profitability.
- Oversee treasury functions and capital management strategies to ensure optimal liquidity.
- Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or ACCA.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial accounting or controlling, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and MAS regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Demonstrated integrity and the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
