Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans to drive sustainable business growth and profitability
- Lead financial risk management initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance with Malaysian accounting standards
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and financial institutions to secure optimal funding terms
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Supervise finance team performance and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Drive digital transformation in financial systems and reporting processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum 5+ years progressive experience in financial control or senior accounting roles
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling within B2B or tech sectors
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations, tax codes, and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex financial data into strategic recommendations
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing high-performing finance teams
