Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the finance department and ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare and manage the hotel's financial statements, including P&L and Balance Sheets.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.
- Ensure full compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and monitor internal controls, risk management strategies, and audit processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to foster professional growth and efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies and goals.
- Analyze market trends and economic data to provide actionable financial insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Relevant Master’s degree preferred).
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proven track record of leading a finance team and implementing process improvements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
