Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development and high performance.
- Ensure full compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with executive management to provide insightful financial analysis and business recommendations.
- Drive cost management initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and strategic analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
