Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations, including month-end/quarter-end/year-end closings and financial reporting
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and financial policies to ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to support strategic decision-making
- Manage financial audits and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior leadership for business optimization
- Lead accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury functions
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and reporting tools
Kualifikasi
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial controller role, preferably in insurance sector
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Expertise in Philippine accounting standards (PFRS), tax regulations, and insurance industry compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with cross-functional teams
