Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including month-end/quarter-end/year-end closes
- Lead financial reporting compliance with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS standards
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Analyze financial trends and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Manage cross-functional budgets and strategic financial planning initiatives
- Spearhead audit coordination with external regulators and tax authorities
- Mentor accounting staff and optimize departmental workflows
Kualifikasi
- CPA/CA certification mandatory (Indonesian or international equivalent)
- Minimum 7+ years in senior accounting roles with 3+ years in controller capacity
- Expertise in Indonesian tax regulations and corporate compliance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Oracle preferred)
- Proven experience managing multi-currency financial operations
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation expertise
- Excellent leadership abilities with team management experience
